Somewhere amidst out busyness, health challenges, loss, relationship dynamics and stress we women tend to lose ourselves. Moving between roles such as mother, working woman, daughter, partner, friend and colleague we have lost touch with us. We yearn for a greater sense of connection and alignment, of purpose and of joy; these are but just some of the dreams and aspirations I hear from my clients.
I work with a trauma-lens, at all times considering your place along the continuum of Nervous System regulation to dysregulation. My joy and privilege is to journey with you while you leave behind burn-out and overwhelm and connect with your essence, evolving into your full expression, at a pace and in a way that feels safe and contained.

Pulling on rich coaching specialties such as enneagram, intuitive, purpose, systemic, relationship and life coaching, mentoring, training, concrete tools and practices and varied referrals and resources, we map and walk a journey that is uniquely yours.
