The Enneagram is the deepest tool in existence in my opinion for self-awareness and self-understanding as well as understanding of others.It is a pivotal team and leadership process. It offers deep insights into the human persona, the reasons for why people show up & behave as they do and it offers a developmental pathway to the highest expressing version of each person. The Enneagram journey is a personal and professional development tool ideally suited to optimise often complex human dynamics in the workplace.

When we combine the Enneagram with an understanding of the Nervous System this is where alchemic magic lives. Our Enneagram personality is in its highest expression when we are feeling strong and in flow and in the lowest expression when we are stressed. In Nervous System parlance this means we are high expressing when we are regulated and low expressing when we are dysregulated.
