EXCLUSIVE LIONESS LEADERS MEMBERSHIP

Only a limited number of female business owners or executives will travel closely together on a multidimensional journey bringing your full and authentic selves into your workplaces and lives. Selection will be based on a detailed application process and interview to ensure alignment within the group and across the areas of exploration which will include the concepts of:

These concepts will be explored, played with, coached, reflected on and deeply inculcated in the lives of the LIONESS LEADERS for the greatest good of you and your people.

It will be a year long journey of KNOWING, GROWING AND SHOWING yourself and one in which all involved with be supporting each other, teaching each other, listening to each other, sharing with each other and bonding over a group commitment to becoming the highest version of yourselves.

The Membership will run from February 2025 to November 2025. The commitment of time will include 1 morning and 1 evening session a month of 2 hours each known as group FORUM and 1 coaching session a month 1:1 of the members with each other. I will send a recorded summary of each month’s topic for review and reflection in your own time and 4 personal coaching sessions with each lady with me are yours to use as you like for what you like over the year. We will run the logistics and updates as well as the support and sharing on a closed WhatsApp Group and meetings will take place on ZOOM.
