Couples Enneagram Discovery Process

The Enneagram is the deepest tool in existence in my opinion for self-awareness and self-understanding as well as understanding of others. It offers deep insights into the human persona, the reasons for why people show up & behave as they do and it offers a developmental pathway to the highest expressing version of each person so in itself the Enneagram journey is a vital relationship tool.

When we combine the Enneagram with an understanding of the Nervous System this is where alchemic magic lives. Our Enneagram personality is in its highest expression when we are feeling strong and in flow and in the lowest expression when we are stressed. In Nervous System parlance this means we are high expressing when we are regulated and low expressing when we are dysregulated. Can you see how this will impact a relationship so powerfully?

Personalities don’t run people – Nervous Systems run personalities. In order to bring out the best of each persona and their skills set, they need Nervous System awareness and knowledge, resilience and regulation.

The discovery process is one-on-one or as a couple and it runs over 4 consecutive hours or (favourably) 2 sessions of 2 hours each which allows for some integration and reflection in between sessions. As the discovery process is dynamic and interactive there is naturally coaching that happens within the session. After the session each person receives a detailed consolidated report outlining their Enneagram profile and their path to evolution. Thereafter detailed Enneagram Personal or Relationship Coaching can follow.
