The Relationship Roadmap is your personalised guided path forward, built around:
Each roadmap is quoted individually, depending on whether you’ve already completed your Enneagram assessment, which plays a significant role in this process.
Each stage builds on the one before it. You cannot align on what you have not yet discovered, and you cannot connect over what has not yet healed.
You each complete your Couples Discovery Questionnaire: a deep, honest look at your values, love languages, personality patterns, and the individual histories you each bring into the relationship. If you haven’t yet completed your Enneagram assessment, this is also where that happens, since it plays a significant role in everything that follows.
You each receive your own Individual Growth Roadmap: a clear picture of your emotional responses, your triggers and anchors, and the patterns that are yours alone to work through before you can fully show up for someone else.
Time and space to work through what’s unresolved. Old wounds, unmet needs, and recurring hurts are named and addressed directly, individually and together, so they stop quietly running the relationship from the background.
You build your Shared Roadmap together: where your values overlap, where they differ, and the specific plan for how you’ll move forward as a couple rather than as two people managing separate expectations.
With the groundwork in place, you practise new ways of relating: how you communicate day to day, how you repair after conflict, and how you meet each other’s needs consistently.
Ongoing coaching keeps you both on the path, using tools like the FOG Method to keep setting and living into goals, and Stress GPS to recognise and navigate your stress responses as they come up.
These run alongside the six stages rather than after them, drawn on whenever the work calls for them.
Your Enneagram type shapes how you love, argue, and cope under stress. This assessment gives you language for your own patterns and your partner’s, often the single biggest unlock in the whole process.
Understanding how you and your partner each give and receive love, so affection actually lands the way it’s intended.
A clear picture of what matters most to each of you, and where your values align or need active reconciling.
Ongoing work to keep your day-to-day decisions and long-term goals in step with each other, not just your feelings in the moment.
A framework (Feelings, Options, Goals) for turning what you’re feeling into real choices and concrete goals you actually follow through on, individually and as a couple.
A tool for identifying where you are in your stress response in the moment, so you can navigate back to a grounded, connected place instead of getting stuck there.
Guided, practised language for the conversations that are hardest to start on your own, so the first hard conversation isn’t happening for the first time in the heat of the moment.
Practical strategies for lowering the temperature before disagreements escalate, so conflict doesn’t have to mean damage.
A concrete process for working through disagreements once they happen, so you land somewhere resolved instead of just quiet.
A shared approach to how you talk to each other day to day, built around how each of you actually communicates best.
The Relationship Roadmap is a coaching process built around growth, skills, and practical tools, not a substitute for licensed therapy. It is a strategic process that maps where you’ve come from, where you are, and where you want to be as a couple.
That’s already part of the process. If you haven’t completed it, it happens during the Discover stage, and your quote will reflect that.
The only prerequisite is a willingness to engage. You don’t both need to start in the same place, just ready to show up for the work together.
Timing depends on your schedules, but four to eight weeks is typical. Going past eight weeks isn’t advisable. The exact number of sessions, individual and together, depends on your needs and your appetite for the work.
Most relationship roadmaps are done virtually.
The roadmap doesn’t end there. Ongoing coaching is available to keep using tools like the FOG Method and Stress GPS as new situations come up.
No. Couples use the Relationship Roadmap both to repair what’s struggling and to strengthen what’s already working.

The Enneagram question below is the one that shapes your quote, so it is worth answering as accurately as you can. Nothing is shared with anyone else.
